SIC Terms & Conditions

~ The above rates quoted subject to 6% GST.

~ Prices indicated are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are based on a minimum of two paying

   adults. Subject to availability.

~ Child fare is applicable to children aged 3 – 11 years

~ All confirmed bookings are non-refundable or accepted for change of date/tour.

~ The company reserves the right to cancel or amend the tour programs should the need arises

~ All tours are conducted in English unless otherwise requested

~ The above rates quoted excludes driver tipping, entrance fees, meals, personal expenses and    

   miscellaneous charges not stated above.

~ No refund or postponement will be allowed in the event that a pick-up service was missed

~ The company is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings and/or injuries

~ Prepayment required one week before booking date failing which all bookings will be auto

   released.
