Subject: Letter of Compliment (STC Travel)
 

Dear Mr Rozario

I am writing this letter to thank you for introducing STC Travel Sdn Bhd as a travel agent to the students going abroad for further studies.

Since the day, Mr Stephen Chan gave introduction of his travel agency,  STC Travel had been guiding, assisting, helping and dealt with the problems as and when needed until the day my daughter and one of her friend arrived at Cardiff Airport.

I am very much pleased to inform your goodself that STC Travel is a reliable travel agent and prominent.  I have quite numbers of unusual problems which I believe no other travel agents will have the courtesy neither to bother nor care but STC Travel staffs such as Mr Stephen Chan and Ms Michelle Ow, with their expertise professionalism made these situations look easy and comforting.

My numerous inquiry was clarified by Mr Chan and Ms Ow in such a short period of time compared to some other travel agents that took days giving unjustifiable reasons whatsoever (this is a testimonial by my daughter's travelling friend from another college not BAC).

Mr Stephen Chan has been generously shared his precious time in dealing with my problems. Due to some urgency in travelling during pendamic regulations, to my surprise, Mr Chan even answered my call on one occasion and at that time it was past midnight (01:25 am to be exact).

As a mother, I am very sure that it is a relief if your child is able to travel with a friend or a companion. In my circumstances, my daughter is a little introvert. Most of her college friends went to different universities and those who were going to the same university with her, either wishes to fly either earlier or later dates.

I was so blessed because Ms Michelle Ow of STC Travel understand my situation. She has been very efficient, supportive and caring. My daughter's travel arrangements right from KUL to Cardiff Airport has been very pleasant as Ms Michelle Ow makes arrangement in such a way that both of the girls travelled comfortably together.

As a sincere appreciation from my daughter, attached herewith some quick glance of photos during her flight and transit from KUL to Amsterdam Schiphol until the final destination, Cardiff Airport as evidence that she travelled comfortably and confidently with STC Travel Sdn Bhd's arrangements.

To STC Travel... I am very grateful for the services rendered and appreciate your dedication as well as your commitment for both parents and students. These are your professionalism that keep parents ease of heart.
